Mani Rimdu is one of the most  fascinating  and most important festival of Sherpa people , which  observed every year , usually in the month of November . Tenboche , the world"s  hisgest monastery located in Solu Khumbhu district of Nepal , is the centre point of the celebration of this festival.  
The major attraction of this festival is the various masked dances of religious significance  and the religious festivities involve ceremonies and meditation (Drupchen). The meaning attributed to "Mani Rimdu" is that ‘Mani’ means “part of the chant of Chenrezig”  and "Rilbu" or "Rimdu’"means small red pills that are blessed during  the festival. The red pills are blessed repeatedly and then distributed  to all those who attend.

                          Day 02   In Kathmandu. Last minute preparations for your trek or if you are sufficiently prepared then sightseeing of Patan Durbar Square, Swayambhunath and Bodhnath.
                        
                          
                          Day 03   Transfer to airport, fly to Lukla (2860 m.), trek to Phakding.
                        
                          
                          Day 04   Trek to Namche(3440 m.)
                        
                          
                          Day 05    Trek to Thami(3800 m.)
                        
                          
                          Day 06   Trek To Khunde (3790 m.)
                        
                          
                          Day 07   Trek to Thyangboche (3867 m.).
                        
                          
                          Day 08   Visit & Observe the Celebration of "Mani Rimdu " .
                        
                          
                          Day 09   Enojy the 02 day of festive 
                        
                          
                          Day 10   Trek to Lobuche (4960 m.).
                        
                          
                          Day 11   Trek to Gorakshep (5164 m.)
                        
                          
                          Day 12   Climb to Kalapattar (5645 m.) take lots of photos of Mt. Everest (8850 m.) and trek back to Lobuje
                        
                          
                          Day 13   Trek to Pheriche (4371 m.).
                        
                          
                          Day 14   Trek to Thyangboche.
                        
                          
                          Day 17   Fly back to Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel. Depending on your arrival time, further sightseeing is possible.
                        
                          
                          Day 18    Spare day in Kathmandu to allow for domestic flight delays.
                        
                          
                          Day 19   At an appointed time, transfer to airport for your departure from Nepal.
